Our Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in accordance with our Return Policy above. We aim to process refunds promptly and fairly to maintain trust in our atmospheric monitoring solutions.
When Refunds Are Issued
- Full Refund: For eligible returns in new condition, or for defective/damaged products upon verification.
- Partial Refund: If a restocking fee applies, or if accessories are missing.
- No Refund: For ineligible items, shipping costs (unless we are at fault), or returns outside the 30-day window.
- Cancellation Refunds: Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund. Post-shipment cancellations are treated as returns.
Refund Method and Timing
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). If the original method is unavailable, we may issue a store credit.
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. It may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
- Currency: Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency.
